Quick Notary FAQs
What do I need to bring for notarization?
A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID). The document must be unsigned — you'll sign in front of the notary. We cannot notarize documents you've already signed.
Can you notarize a document I already signed?
No. Oklahoma law requires you to sign in the notary's presence. If you've already signed, you'll need to sign again on a new copy. This is a state law requirement, not our policy.
How long does notarization take?
In-office: Typically 15-30 minutes. Mobile: Depends on travel time, usually 20-45 minutes on-site. RON: 30-60 minutes from upload to completion.
Do you offer same-day service?
Yes! We offer same-day notary services for all three service types. Call (539) 367-6832 early for best availability. After-hours and weekend appointments also available.
Can a notary come to my house?
Yes! That's our mobile notary service. We come to your home, office, hospital, nursing home, jail, or any location in Oklahoma. Travel fees apply based on distance.
What if I don't have ID?
You can bring a credible witness who has valid ID and is personally known to the notary. Alternatively, get a state ID from Oklahoma DPS. We cannot notarize without proper ID verification.
